Siberian Pearl Cattery
Boulder, Colorado, USA
Neva Masquerade Siberian kittens
available for adoption.
After the death of our cat Nikki at age 12 years, we had a hole in our family matrix. As Vera began searching the internet to see what was out in cat land, her attention was taken by this new breed of Siberian cat mostly found in Russia since the deliberate breeding practices started there in the 1980s. She found a breeder in Budapest, Hungary and became friends on Skype. After long chats and many questions, along with seeing the family's cats and their behaviors on screen, we decided to buy a male and a female cat from different sources in Budapest. And so, the fun began. Now we have acquired four more females to join the party.
The kitties born in the last three years have brought us great joy and entertainment, and great delight to the new family of owners. We stay connected with many of the new Siberian owners, and a supportive community has formed among those that want to share news and pictures of recent adventures.
If you are a cat owner, you know that cats rarely come to the names you call them (unless they are highly motivated to come anyway). The multiple names for our kitties, reflect our growing understanding of who they are and how they are. They have very distinct personalities, but show a great ease with each other, playing, cuddling, sparing or just watching each other with curiosity. They delight us each day with their kitty imaginations and comfort us with their warm affections.
These special creatures have a beautiful ability to be part of the family without being a nuisance. We are happy to be among the first families to bring this gorgeous breed to the U.S. here in Boulder, Colorado.

Timothy has recently released his CD of mostly original songs called "Night Light". This album of spiritual troubadour songs includes contributions from very talented musical friends on cello, tabla, accordion, banjo and flute, complementing his singing and acoustic guitar. You can take a listen by going to CDBaby with this link *** and can purchase individual songs or the entire collection as a download or order the physical CD with the beautiful lyric and illustration booklet enclosed. Thank you for your interest and support of another independent artist trying to get his music into the ears of the world.
